Terms & Conditions 

1. OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU 

The following conditions form the basis of your contract and should therefore be read carefully. The terms and conditions relate to the booking, payment and completion of the specified journey. Your contract is with Readypay Ltd T/A Phoenix Taxis & Coaches. The contract becomes effective as soon as we issue the booking confirmation following receipt of full paymentAny subsequent or additional journeys will receive separate contracts, all of which contain terms and conditions. Please ensure each booking confirmation is checked. 

2. TRAVEL SPECIFICATION 

Only those passengers named and accepted for the journey can travel. We are unable to transport any other person not included on the booking or collect any additional passengers other than those confirmed and agreed as per the booking confirmation.  

Please ensure all pickups are mentioned when requesting a price. If additional pickups are requested to the driver on the day of the journey, via points or changes to the journey made by the customer may levy a £30 fee for amendments made to planned travel routes. The driver reserves the right to adjust the planned route at his/her discretion to account for any exceptional circumstance including roadworks, road traffic accidents or diversions at no additional charge. 

Journey times calculated by Phoenix Taxis may include the option to charge the vehicle's battery where applicable. The driver reserves the right to charge the vehicle at any point throughout the journey. Any change of route calculated by the driver for this purpose is at his/her discretion and will be calculated in advance of planned route and taken into account when estimating arrival time.  

3. AVAILABILITY 

All journeys will be completed using selected vehicles provided by Phoenix TaxisThe option to specify and secure a TESLA S model may be possible for an additional £30 fee per booking. Unless specifically requested, journeys will be completed using either the TESLA or Auris Hybrid. For bookings specifically requiring the TESLA, this request must be made at the time of the booking. 

4. VEHICLE LUGGAGE SPECIFICATION 

The TESLA S model has capacity to carry a maximum of 4 passengers with 2 standard suitcases (28”-32”) plus hand luggage. Reduced passengers will increase the amount of luggage space available. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the required luggage space at the time of booking. 

Auris Hybrid has capacity to carry a maximum of 3 standard suitcases (28”-32”) plus hand luggage. The vehicle has capacity to carry a maximum of 4 passengers.

Once the booking is paid and confirmed, we are unable to guarantee space to accomodate additional luggage or passengers. Please ensure the details of luggage are presented and confirmed at the time of booking. 

5. PAYMENTS 

Bookings must be paid in advance of the journey date at the time of booking. We reserve the right to request a deposit for specific journeys. Any deposit or full payment required will be quoted at the time of booking. The balance of the booking must be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to the journey. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the full balance is not paid in time, we shall cancel your travel arrangements. If the balance is not paid in time we shall retain your deposit.  

Payments are accepted by cash or cheque (except for online bookings), Visa Debit and Switch Cards, Visa, MasterCard. Cheques are to be made payable to Readypay Ltd. Please allow 10 working days for the cheque to clear. If any cheque is returned by our bank unpaid, we reserve the right to make a £30 administration charge.

As the supplier, if we are unable to fulfil a booking once payment has been received, a full refund will be issued. 

As the customer, if a cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the booking, the deposit will be retained. Any additional requests made by the customer which cannot be granted, therefore leading to a cancellation will result in the deposit amount being retained.  

6. COST OF TRAVEL 

All prices quoted are in £ sterling. 

We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the publicised prices at short notice. You will be advised of the current price of your booking as well as any changes applied.  

7. ACCURACY 

Please check all details on your booking confirmation immediately and advise us of any inaccuracies or amendments required within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not contact us within 48 hours of receipt we cannot accept any liability for errors made by us.  

8PASSENGERS REQUIRING ASSISTANCE 

We are happy to give advice when choosing transport, however it should be noted that some vehicles may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or for those unable to step up or down from certain vehicles. In order to assist you and us in ensuring your travel experience is enjoyable, we must be provided with full details of any disability or special assistance that may be required at the time of booking.  

9. SURVEY

Following your journey, Readypay Ltd may contact you via email or telephone or send out a short customer satisfaction survey. Readypay Ltd reserves the right to use your personal information for the purpose of feedback. Please advise at the time of the booking if you would NOT like to participate or provide feedback.
